COOKIES POLICY

 

  1. The website does not automatically collect any information, except for information contained in cookie files.
  2. Cookie files (so called "cookies") constitute IT data, in particular text files that are stored on the Website User's end device and are dedicated to the use of Website. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, the time of storage on the end device and a individual number.
  3. The entity placing cookies on the Website User's end device and accessing them is the Website Operator:Huta Stalowa Wola SA, ul. T. Kasprzyckiego 8, 37-450 Stalowa Wola.
  4. Cookies are used to:

a)        adjusting the content of the Website pages to the User's preferences and optimizing the use of pages; these files, in particular, allow to recognize the device of the Website User and properly display the website, adjusted to his individual needs;

b)        creating statistics that help to understand how Website Users use the pages, which allows improving their structure and content;

Session cookies are temporary files that are stored on the User's end device until logging out, leaving the website or turning off the software (web browser). Persistent cookies are stored in the User's end device for the time specified in the cookie file parameters or time of their removal by the User.

d)        "functional" cookies allowing "remembering" of the settings selected by the User and personalizing the User's interface e.g. in the scope of the selected colour or font size, website appearance, language or region of User's origin etc.;

These settings can be changed in particular in such a way as to block the automatic handling of cookies in the web browser's settings or inform them of each entry in the device of the Website User. Under Article 13 paragraphs 1 and 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27th of April 2016 on the protection ofindividuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/WC (General Data Protection Regulation), OJ.UE.L.2016.119.1 (hereinafter: RODO), we kindly inform you that:

1.  The Controller of your personal data is Huta Stalowa Wola S.A. with registered office in Stalowa Wola (37-450), ul. gen. Tadeusza Kasprzyckiego 8, hereinafter referred to as “HSW S.A.” or as “Controller”;

3. When acquiring personal data you will be constantly informed about the purpose, legal basis and period of personal data processing;
4. When personal data will be processed on the basis of your consent to the processing of personal data, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the legality of the processing which was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal;
5. The recipient of personal data may be Huta Stalowa Wola S.A. or the other entities to whom the Controller will entrust the processing of personal data;
6. The Controller has no intention of transferring personal data to a third country or to an international organization;
7. You have the right to request the Controller to access your personal data, rectify them, delete or limit processing, as well as data transfer requests, which will be implemented on the principles set out in the chapter III of RODO;
8. You also have the right to object to the processing which will be able to be carried out in accordance with the principles set out in Article 21 of RODO;
9. When processing personal data, no decisions regarding you will be made automatically and no profiles will be created, which means that actions referred to in Article 22 paragraphs 1 and 4 of  RODO will not be taken;
10. If you find that the processing of personal data violates RODO, you have the right to complain to supervision authority which is the President of Personal Data Protection Office in Poland;
11. Providing personal data is voluntary, however is necessary for the implementation of the purpose presented in each case and refusal prevent achieving this target.
